About Whaily

1. What Whaily is

Whaily is an AI search visibility platform. Brands use it to track how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and other assistants describe and recommend them, which sources those answers cite, and what to change.

We are a very small team building with AI agents that write, test and verify the product. That is why the product ships every feature the larger platforms sell at a price they cannot match, and it is why every number in the product carries a sample size and, where it applies, a confidence interval.

2. How we produce content

Blog posts are drafted with the help of AI agents and reviewed by a person before they publish. Every post is signed Whaily, not by an individual, and we do not attach invented names or credentials to anything we publish.

A post that states a fact carries a Sources section listing where the fact comes from and a "sources checked" date in its byline. A post whose claims we cannot trace to a source is not published, or is taken down until it can be.

3. Corrections

If something we published is wrong, tell us at [email protected] with the URL and the correction. We check it against a primary source and either fix the page, marking it as updated with the date, or take it down and redirect the address to the closest accurate page. We aim to answer within two working days.

In September 2026 we audited every post the earlier automated pipeline had produced, removed the ones whose claims could not be verified, and rewrote the rest on sourced facts. That is the standard everything published since is held to.
