1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organisation details. When you use Whaily, we collect the prompts you configure, the brand and competitor domains you track, and usage data including page views and feature interactions. We do not collect or store the raw content of AI model responses beyond what is needed to display visibility metrics.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate and improve the Whaily service. This includes running your prompts against AI models, calculating NCI scores for your category, displaying visibility trends, and sending product and usage notifications you have opted into. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-party services

Whaily uses the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing (governed by Stripe's privacy policy), Google OAuth for sign-in (governed by Google's privacy policy), and Vercel for hosting and edge delivery. These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@whaily.com. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
