Agencies
Run every client brand from one agency login
An agency organisation links to client organisations without taking over their account. Clients keep billing, roles and keys, and can see every action the agency took, while your team gets one overview across all of them.
The problem
Managing ten client brands should not mean ten separate logins.
Agencies working across many small clients usually end up either sharing one client's login insecurely, or juggling a separate account per client with no combined view. Neither gives the client real control over what the agency can see and do. Whaily's agency link is built to solve both: one login for your team, a clear boundary on what agency staff can touch, and full visibility for the client into what happened on their account.
How it works
From sign-up to signal in minutes.
The agency proposes a link, the client accepts
Your agency organisation proposes a link to a client organisation. A client owner has to accept it before anything is shared. Either side can end the link at any time, and nothing is one-directional or forced.
Agency staff work inside the client at admin or member, never owner
Once linked, your team reaches the client organisation at admin or member level, the same roles a client's own staff would have below owner. The client keeps billing, team roles and API keys under their own control at all times, and can read every action your team took inside their account.
Work across every client from one overview
The agency overview lists every linked client with visibility, inclusion rate, trend and the biggest movers, in one table. A grouped brand switcher moves you between clients without logging out. For the monthly update, each client's Report page reads the period as five plain sentences, how the brand is doing, where it stands, what moved and what is being done about it, with a share link at the bottom, so what you send is a link rather than a screenshot.
What you get
Everything you need, in one place.
A link either side can end
The agency proposes, a client owner accepts, and either party can end the link whenever they choose. Nothing about the relationship is permanent or forced.
Admin or member, never owner
Agency staff never hold the owner role inside a client organisation. The client keeps billing, team roles and API keys, and always keeps final control of their own account.
Full visibility for the client
Every action your team takes inside a client's account is readable by the client. There is nothing an agency does on a client brand that the client cannot see.
All clients, one table
The agency overview lists visibility, inclusion rate, trend and the biggest movers for every linked client at once, so you do not have to open each account to know where attention is needed.
A grouped brand switcher
Move between client brands from one place instead of separate logins, with clients grouped so a large roster stays navigable.
Client-scoped keys and saved views
Mint an MCP key scoped to a set of client brands, save a view of the widgets and filters you use for every client, and send a client the Report as a snapshot share link instead of a screenshot.
Every client, one table.
Visibility, inclusion rate, trend and the movers for all your linked clients, so you can spot the account that needs attention without opening each one.

Why it matters
The client keeps control, and reporting stops needing a screenshot.
Agencies managing AI visibility for several clients run into the same problem twice: a shared login is a security risk and gives the client no way to audit what happened, while separate accounts per client mean no combined view of where the agency's attention is actually needed this week. The agency link is built around a simple boundary. The agency proposes access, a client owner has to accept it, and either side can end it. Once linked, agency staff can work inside the client organisation at admin or member level, never owner, so the client always keeps billing, team roles and their own API keys under their own control.
That boundary is not just a permission setting, it is also visible. Every action an agency takes inside a client's account is readable by that client, so an agency relationship does not require blind trust. For the agency side, the payoff is a real overview: one table showing visibility, inclusion rate, trend and the biggest movers across every linked client, a grouped brand switcher to move between them without separate logins, client-scoped MCP keys for building your own tooling against a defined set of clients, and snapshot share links for handing a client a frozen view of their numbers instead of a screenshot pasted into an email.
Two things are worth being honest about. White-label reports and dedicated client portals are planned, not shipped yet, so today's client-facing reporting runs through the Report page and the snapshot share links described above rather than a branded portal. And agency access is available on Pro, up to ten clients, and on Enterprise. We do not offer unlimited client seats on any plan today. If your roster is larger than that, Enterprise is the path, not an unlimited claim we cannot back up.
Switch clients without switching logins.
A grouped brand switcher moves you between client brands from the same session, while each client keeps its own billing, roles and keys untouched.
