How often are prompts re-run?+
Whaily schedules recurring runs across every configured model. You can also trigger an on-demand run from any prompt detail page.
What is the difference between a mention and a citation?+
A mention is any reference to your brand in a response. A citation is a mention backed by a linked source the model returned. Only citations move your Neural Cluster Influence (NCI) score because only citations signal durable visibility.
Do you track competitors in the same view?+
Yes. Add competitor domains once and every prompt is automatically evaluated for them too. The overview shows your share of voice against them per model and per prompt.
Can I track visibility per country or language?+
Yes. Prompts carry a country and language code so you can run the same query in different markets and compare results. Tag-based filtering keeps per-market analysis clean.
How is this different from SEO rank tracking?+
