- A block of ten more tracked prompts for the month, at the tier’s own models per prompt and cadence. Available on Starter, Pro, Enterprise.

- One more brand under the same account, with its own prompts, sources and reports. Available on Pro, Enterprise.
- Burst runs
- Run a prompt across extra models or extra rounds on demand, priced per completed run by model class, with a $1 minimum per burst. You see the exact price and confirm before anything runs; only completed runs are charged.
- On-demand usage
- Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of usage on Whaily's own AI provider keys. If a brand runs past that allowance in a cycle, the extra is billed as on-demand usage and shown on the invoice before it is charged.
Frequently asked questions.
- Which models are included in Starter?
- Starter reaches GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok within its own price ceiling, budget models across every major provider. Pro removes that price ceiling entirely and adds the flagship releases each provider keeps above it, alongside a higher prompt ceiling.
- What counts as a prompt?
- A prompt is a tracked query submitted to an AI model, for example "best project management tools for remote teams". Each prompt run across one model counts as one prompt use.
- What is the NCI score?
- NCI (Neural Cluster Influence) is Whaily's proprietary scoring system. It measures how much influence a third-party source carries in what AI recommends for a given category. Higher NCI means higher impact on AI citations.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings, and changes take effect immediately. Every new brand starts on a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan with no credit card, and moves to the Free plan by itself when the trial ends.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. The Free plan stays free forever: 3 prompts run weekly across GPT, Perplexity, DeepSeek, with the multi-model comparison view, basic visibility metrics, and a sample of your top sources. No credit card needed. Every new brand starts on a 7-day trial of the Starter plan first, and lands on Free when it ends.
- What happens if I reach my prompt limit?
- Your prompt limit is how many prompts you can have active at the same time, not a monthly usage quota. Archive or pause a prompt to free a slot, or upgrade for a higher active-prompt ceiling.
- What is BYOK, and why is it cheaper?
- BYOK is short for bring your own key. Add an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity or DeepSeek in settings and your tracked prompts run on your key, so your provider bills you for the model calls instead of us. Every paid plan drops by 40% the same month. Whaily still runs the crawl, the scoring and the daily schedule behind every answer, which is what the remaining price pays for.
- What if I would rather not hold provider keys?
- Then use ours, which is what every plan does by default. The list price is the full price and nothing is held back: the same prompts, the same models, the same tracking cadence and the same reports. Bringing a key later lowers the bill without changing the plan.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Annual billing with a 20% saving is planned for when billing launches. Right now every new brand starts on a free 7-day trial, and we can extend it if you need longer.
- When does billing start?
- Billing is being finalised. Until it launches, every new brand runs on a free 7-day trial with no credit card and nothing to cancel, and you can ask us for a plan, or for longer, from Settings.
